How I created Echo by DaniTaro

From a blank page to a recognizable brand, we combine persona, naming, and voice, a visual system, and a simple engine to deliver consistently.

Brand Thesis

Echo is my personal brand as a generative AI creative. The goal was straightforward: create a brand that reflects my taste and make it easy to repeat so I can deliver it in any format without losing the essence.

My guiding principle: to be future-oriented, cinematic, and human. The brand should inspire curiosity while communicating clearly.

Step 1: Company Persona via Dual‑Model Merge

I created a persona framework that includes name, handle, vision, mission, tone of voice, core values, messaging hooks, a short bio, content pillars, target audience, and SMART goals.

Next, I had Gemini and ChatGPT each generate a persona from the same brief. Then I got both models tocritique & merge with each other. I repeated this three times, making adjustments as needed, until the persona reflected my vision.

Outcome: a clear “Company Persona” that feels like me, not a template.

Step 2: Customer Persona (Audience Fit)

I outlined the audience schema: Name, Age, Bio, Motivations, Goals, Challenges, Preferred Channels, Messaging Hooks, Brand Affiliations.

I conducted a small “AI playoff”: Gemini vs ChatGPT. I chose the best elements and combined them into a single, practical audience definition: the Curious Creative Technologist who values beautiful craft and actionable cues.

Step 3: Visual System

  • Palette: “dark mystical neon,” cyan, magenta, electric blue on deep blacks.
  • Type & lockup: bold sans for titles, tight and clear body text, logo or mark plus watermark policy for posts.
  • Imagery rules: cinematic depth, tangible materials, and believable atmospherics.
  • Consistency: seed notes for each scene to maintain style across tools.

Step 4: Naming & Voice

Naming: Echo ssuggests a call-and-response between idea and artifact; this works well for a brand focused on prompts, drafts, and iterations.

Voice: friendly, concise, and quietly nerdy. Technical terms are used only when they help clarify.

Bio: “A touch of magic through AI - AI Magician & Prompt Commander”

Step 5: Brand Assets

  • Logo lockup + avatar set (light/dark, square/circle).
  • Open Graph images for onling sharing.
  • Caption templates and short bio variants.
  • Grid rules & watermark variants for post types.

Stack: Midjourney, Seedream 4K (plates), Photoshop, Runway/Seedance (motion), Premiere Pro (edit), Figma (identity).

Prompt — Build a Brand Persona (Merge‑Ready)

You are a brand strategist collaborating with me to define a company persona.
Inputs (replace <>):
• BRAND_HANDLE = <@handle>
• MISSION = <why we exist>
• VISION = <what change we seek>
• CORE_VALUES = <3–5>
• VOICE = <3 adjectives>
• PILLARS = <3–5 content pillars>
• AUDIENCE = <segments>
• GOALS = <SMART goals>

Tasks:
1) Draft a concise Company Persona (name/essence, mission, voice rules, values, pillars, short bio).
2) Create 3 messaging hooks and a 120‑char bio.
3) Output a compact JSON block with the same fields so I can merge this with another model’s output.

Proof it works

  • Instagram's total reach in the first phase was strong. Some reels surpassed 150,000 views, over 2000 likes and carousels received more saves than likes.
  • Tiktok also had a strong start. Some videos surpassed 100,000 views, with 37000 likes.
  • Site share cards improved CTR from social profiles.
  • The key point is a repeatable system: brief, prompt, design/motion, edit, publish, learn, refine.

Next

  • Build a light web style so every page feels like “Echo.” Keep a nice grid across layouts.
  • Do a quick weekly health check on reach, saves, and clicks to stay honest.
  • Grow Instagram from 1k to 10k with a quality audience. Create save-worthy reels, clean carousels, and post steadily.
  • Keep making really good content. Focus on clear ideas, clean designs, and strong hooks every week.
